GOODWILL WORKFORCE CONNECTION CENTERS

The Workforce Connection Center is a natural extension of Goodwill's mission to provide training, employment and supportive services for people with disadvantages or other employment barriers.These centers are designed to assist people in our community with self directed job search and employment related activities. Goodwill has gathered the necessary resources in one place - from resume writing to onsite interviewing and access to technology.

These connection centers provide people the support they need to find employment. Walk-ins are welcome!  No appointment is necessary and the services are free of charge.  Some of the resources that are available include:

- Computer and internet access
- Resume/cover letter preparation
- E-mail access
- Client Messaging Service
- Printer, fax and telephone access
- Job postings and onsite interviewing
- Career exploration tools
- Employer onsites
- Workshops (resume, interviewing, job search)
- Community resource kiosk
- Assessment tools and tutorial stations
- Driver's License Recovery Program
- Basic Computer Skills workshops (6-week program)
- Tax preparation referrals
- Adult literacy referrals
- VA services referrals
