Nathan Hale Parents and Students,
Just wanted to update you on the schedules as our Student Service Department is working hard this summer to complete your child’s 2018-2019 schedule. 

Student Schedules for the 2018/19 school year will be available on Forms and Fees Day, August 15, 2018.  Changes to student schedules can significantly impact course enrollment and, therefore, will only be made on a limited basis according to the guidelines of the School Board policy. The number of sections per department and, consequently, the number of teachers in each department depend on students’ original January course selections. Prior to the start of a term, students may only make a change to their schedule for the reasons listed in the School Board policy (here/or attached). If a student meets the acceptable criteria for change according to the policy, a change can be made. Students must be enrolled in at least 6 credits total to be considered a full time student (equivalent to 6 classes per semester minimum). The Administration Team will be available in the Cafeteria to assist students with specific schedule issues on August 15 during our Forms and Fees Day from 9am- 6pm. In most cases, students along with their parent's permission, will be asked to fill out the request form, and then the submitted request will be reviewed for approval.  All students will be given their schedule the first day of school upon arrival.

2018 Graduated Seniors, if your college is requiring transcripts  you can send them by using Career Cruising follow the Instructions below.  

Career Cruising - No paper release form needed.

1. Log in to your school Gmail account 
2. Go to Nathan Hale Website 
3. Click on MENU (if using a mobile device) 
4. Click on STUDENTS 
5. Click on CAREER CRUISING (automatic log in, no password required if you are in your school’s Gmail) 
6. In upper left  hand corner, click on MY PLAN 
7. On left side menu, click on MY EDUCATION 
8.Click on MY TRANSCRIPTS
9. Click on SEND AD HOC REQUEST 

On September 1, 2018 access to Career Cruising will be closed.  Any transcripts after that date will be charged the $5.00 transcript fee.
