I am writing you as a reminder that state ACT and ACT WorkKeys testing for all Juniors is occurring next week Tuesday and Wednesday, February 27th and 28th. Attached below is a memo with all the important schedule information for the week, including the adjusted late bus schedule for day 2 of testing.

ACT Memo & Bus Schedule

More specifically, on Tuesday, February 27th, only Juniors should report to school for ACT testing on this day meeting in the cafeteria at 7:30 am for check-in and breakfast. They will then be dismissed and buses will pick up students at approximately 1:00 pm after testing is completed.  Lunch will not be served on this day. Freshmen, Sophomores, and Seniors will not attend school on Tuesday, February 27th.

Then on Wednesday, February 28th, Juniors will be completing the ACT WorkKeys test and should once again report to the cafeteria at 7:30 amfor check-in and breakfast.  Testing will end at approximately 11:30 am followed by lunch and classes in the afternoon.

As for the Freshmen, Sophomores, and Seniors, they will have a late start on this day with these students reporting to school by 12:15 pm for the beginning of their 5th hour class.  Resident buses will make an additional second bus run.  Once again, see the second page of the attached memo for specific pick-up times. Lunch will be available to any interested student on this day.

Attached are informational letters regarding the upcoming Official State ACT test being administered to ALL Juniors on. One letter is a general informational letter to all families and the effects on the schedule those two days and the other two documents are specifically for parents of junior students.
